My name is Natalie Resendiz. I was born and raised in Orange County and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue my passion for beauty pageants. That journey took me across the country, where I had the opportunity to compete, work behind the scenes, serve as a judge, and immerse myself in the world of pageantry.
One of the most pivotal moments in my journey was working under Crystle Stewart, Vice President of the Miss USA Organization, at Miss Academy—a premier pageant training school. There, I had the honor of mentoring and preparing young women to step confidently into the spotlight, equipping them with the tools they needed to succeed on and off stage.
In 2023, I launched my own coaching practice. Since then, I’ve been working independently with women of all ages—and it has truly become my calling. I don’t just consider myself a pageant coach; I see myself as a representative and advocate for women. My passion lies in helping women discover their inner strength, elevate their confidence, and celebrate their unique beauty.
In addition to coaching, I’ve spent over a decade in the medical field—primarily in plastics. My background in the medical industry has sharpened my aesthetic eye and deepened my understanding of how beauty, confidence, and self-care intersect. It’s an experience that continues to shape the way I support and empower my clients.
Pageantry transformed my life. It gave me the foundation to grow into the woman I am today. From modeling and acting to personal development and career growth, every opportunity I embraced came from that world—and now, I’m committed to giving back.
Whether you’re preparing for your first pageant or simply looking to grow into the best version of yourself, I’m here to guide and champion you every step of the way.

Natalie Resendiz, originally from Orange County, CA, has always called it home. With a history as a contestant in the Miss Beverly Hills/Miss Malibu pageants, she later proudly represented Miss Mexico on the global stage. Natalie’s journeys took her across Mexico City, Guatemala, and Italy, embodying the spirit of Miss Mexico.
Alongside her acting pursuits, Natalie possesses an extensive background in the cosmetic medical realm, with over 8 years of experience.
As a coach, Natalie is dedicated to guiding her clients and students through wardrobe selection, walking techniques, and refining interviewing skills for both on-stage and panel scenarios. Her approach encompasses polishing their demeanor, fostering confidence, and helping them uncover a deeper understanding of themselves. Above all, Natalie’s heart beats for empowering young women, helping them to bridge the gap between their dreams and reality.
Working with Natalie aka “momanger” was nothing short of incredible. From the very beginning, she was hands-on in the best way possible—never letting me feel like I was navigating anything alone especially far away from home (Hawai’i). Whether it was including me for huge step for her (podcast), walking the runway, or coming to any practice, she was right there, guiding and encouraging me every step of the way.
Her attention to detail and dedication. She never let anything slide—not in a harsh way, but because she genuinely cared about helping me reach my highest potential. She knew exactly when to push, when to support, and how to bring out the very best in me.
She’s not just a coach—she’s a mentor, a motivator, and a real light in this industry. I’m so grateful for her, and I’d recommend her to anyone serious about modeling and becoming the best version of themselves. As I placed top 5 at my very first pageant it was an honor to say I had the best corner of help
Working with Natalie has been an absolute blessing, it’s like having a big sister who genuinely cares about your success.
I crossed paths with Natalie during the Miss Academy Sash Class in August '22, where she was teaching Interview Technique.
In just the first 5 minutes, her approach, so natural and introspective, truly struck a chord with me. She reminded us of our initial motivations for venturing into the pageant industry and shared how it had molded her into the remarkable woman she is today.
Working with Natalie on such short notice for the Miss California Pageant turned out to be the best decision I could have made.
Despite the time constraints, we embarked on a 3-day immersive boot camp before the pageant, focusing on various aspects such as wardrobe selection, walking techniques, and interview skills for both on-stage and panel interviews. Natalie played a crucial role in boosting my confidence by helping me gain a deeper understanding of myself - why I chose to compete and the decisions I made that led me to this point in my life. Her guidance not only opened my eyes to embrace my purpose but also taught me how to effectively showcase it to the judges. I am eagerly looking forward to collaborating with her again in future pageants, as she is undeniably an incredible coach to work with.
Natalie is a wonderful coach for my journey to Mrs. World pageant! That was my first international pageant and I have nearly no knowledge how to present myself to the judges and contentants. Coaching session with Natalie helped myself to concrete my platform, or my lifetime goal! She is great to lead clients to the right place.
